Foxtrot Client Wins Child Custody Appeal
Updated: Apr 23

We’re so very proud of and thrilled for a client whose steadfast, unwavering commitment of time, energy, resources, discipline, and sobriety has led to a victory in the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals to reestablish visitation with her son. Guys, the personal responsibility to keep up the good work remains, but the stigma regarding addiction recovery is gone and it damn well should be. There are a lot of GREAT parents in recovery willing to do whatever it takes, at the trial court or appellate level, to do what’s best for their children. Congrats to a well-deserving parent! No better news on a #foxtrotfriday
