Brian Casey

Brian Casey is a family law attorney with Foxtrot Family Law, representing clients throughout Huntsville, Guntersville, Florence, Madison, Athens, and the rest of North Alabama in divorce, child custody, child support, DHR defense, and other domestic relations matters.

Before practicing family law, Brian served in the U.S. Army and spent more than 25 years in public service as a patrol officer, criminal investigator, Internal Affairs investigator, and regional criminal investigations supervisor for the State of Alabama — experience that now shapes how he investigates, prepares, and advocates for his North Alabama family law clients.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Alabama. He is certified as a Guardian ad Litem through the Alabama Judicial College and holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts, both from American Military University.

In addition to practicing law, Brian is an Assistant Professor with the University of Maryland Global Campus and tutors law graduates through AmeriBar as they prepare for the bar exam.
