Candace Gardner

Candace Garner is a dedicated family law attorney serving Huntsville and communities throughout North Alabama. Before entering the legal profession, she worked as both a special education teacher and a nurse — experience that continues to shape her compassionate, practical approach to representing families today.

Candace earned her Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law after completing her undergraduate education at the University of North Alabama and Athens State University, graduating magna cum laude. Her background gives her a well-rounded understanding of family law matters involving children with special needs, custody disputes, dependency matters, and other domestic relations issues.

Candace is active in the Huntsville community through organizations including the Lions Club, Rubicon, the Elks Lodge, the Council for Exceptional Children, Special Olympics, and Kids to Love.

Throughout her career, Candace has focused on family law, advocating for parents and children in custody, divorce, dependency, juvenile, and adoption matters throughout Huntsville, Madison, and the surrounding area.
