Legal Assistant — Foxtrot Family Law is seeking a tech-savvy Legal Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our growing team in helping committed parents and caring relatives be effective in Child Custody cases. Required experience and skills: “touch-typing” 50+ WPM with 95+% accuracy; working with Google products such as Gmail, Calendar and Drive; working with Microsoft Word and Excel (Powerpoint a plus), neat, organized and self-disciplined; motivation and ability to learn more, achieve more and earn more through trial and error, coaching and constructive criticism. Health insurance offered after probationary period. $12-15/hour based on skills and experience.

Client Development & Outreach (Sales) — non-attorney position designed to help Foxtrot attract, qualify and retain new and returning clients — requires EXCELLENT communication skills especially on the phone as well as in-person — comfort with technology and “touch-typing” > 50 wpm required — comfort with clearly identified goals, dedicated follow-up and detailed performance and account tracking a must — obsession with continuous improvement, willingness to learn, have your ideas and performance challenged, and challenge the ideas and performance of others in a chill and respectful but radically transparent environment required…
